Rob Davies passed grade 8 piano (ABRSM) at 17. In 1990, he recorded 2 15-minute soundscapes using a four-track cassette recorder, radio noise, Roland D-50 and a borrowed homemade effects box. In 2006, he released a 4-track EP, New Dawn on Earth Monkey Productions and went on to contribute two more tracks to EMP compilations.
